Movie Narrative: Stuck between Stations (2011)

            The synopsis follows.  Stuck between Stations (2011) is a drama movie about, the beginnings of a romantic relationship.  Casper returns home on authorized leave, from the army.  Rebecca is looking at expulsion, from the university.  The Department of Comparative Literature, of the university, calls to request a meeting with Rebecca.  Rebecca’s activities, in the department, are being suspended.  The department has discovered that, Rebecca is having a love affair with one of the professors.  Interestingly, the wife of the professor, discovered the love affair.  Additionally, it appears as if the wife, is the head of the department.  At a bar, Rebecca plays pool with her friends.  Casper is in the same bar, and, he drinks by himself.  Jokingly, a man friend of Rebecca’s, picks her up.  Casper approaches the man, in an effort, to help Rebecca.  Casper punches the man, and, he starts a bar fight.  Outside the bar, Casper and Rebecca start to talk to each other.  Casper tells Rebecca that, he knows who she is; from high school.  He also tells Rebecca, where she used to live.  Casper tells Rebecca that, he remembers her from elementary school.  Rebecca acknowledges that, she knows him from elementary school, and, high school.  Rebecca tells Casper, a story about him, from elementary school.  Casper tells Rebecca that, he’s in town because his father died.  Rebecca tells Casper that, they are friends for the night; no sex.  Subsequently, Rebecca and Casper pass the entire night, together.  Director, Brady Kiernan, doesn’t do a good job.  The action in this drama movie, is too slow.  Most importantly, the interaction between Casper and Rebecca isn’t good, at all.  The writers do an equally bad job.  The writing is poor, at best.  Additionally, the interaction between Rebecca and Casper isn’t well written.  The officially recognized stars do a good job performing their roles.  Overall, Stuck between Stations (2011) earns the rating of 3 out of 10.
            The movie narrative of, Stuck between Stations (2011), is as follows.  Casper and Rebecca sit in a tent.  Casper asks Rebecca, not to leave.  Time rewinds, Casper leaves a military building, for an authorized leave.  Rebecca walks through a university campus.  Casper rides a bicycle.  Casper arrives at his house.  He changes clothes and prepares his tent.  At the university, Rebecca exits a building and walks.  Rebecca listens to a voice message.  The Department of Comparative Literature, of the university, calls to request a meeting with Rebecca.  Rebecca’s activities, in the department, are being suspended.  The department has discovered that, Rebecca is having a love affair, with one of the professors.  The wife of the professor, discovered the love affair.  It appears as if, the wife is the head of the department.  Rebecca is looking at expulsion.  At his house, Casper shoots beer cans.  Casper finishes shooting beer cans, and, he leaves on his bicycle.  The professor’s name is David.  Rebecca searches for things.  She also leaves David, an urgent message.  At night, Rebecca’s friends pick up Rebecca.  At a bar, Rebecca plays pool with her friends.  Casper is in the same bar, and, he drinks by himself.  Jokingly, a man friend of Rebecca’s, picks her up.  Casper approaches the man, in an effort, to help Rebecca.  Casper punches the man, and, he starts a bar fight.  Casper loses the fight, and, he waits outside.  Outside the bar, Casper passes time by himself.  At the bar, Rebecca receives a text message, from David.  Outside the bar, Casper talks to a friend on the telephone.  Casper tells his friend that, he saw Rebecca; from high school.  Unexpectedly, Rebecca arrives to stand in front of, Casper.  Rebecca and Casper start to talk.  Casper prepares to leave.  They talk about movie references.  Casper explains, why he started the fight.  Casper tells Rebecca that, he knows who she is; from high school.  He also tells Rebecca, where she used to live.  Casper tells Rebecca that, he remembers her from elementary school.  Rebecca acknowledges that, she knows him from elementary school, and, high school.  Rebecca tells Casper, a story about him, from elementary school.  Rebecca’s friends go outside and join her.  The man friend continues to argue with Casper.  The man is angry, because, he has blood on his t-shirt.  Casper doesn’t help the situation, but, a second fight is avoided.  Rebecca and her friends leave.  Unexpectedly, Rebecca gets out of the car.  She chases after Casper.  Casper and Rebecca walk on the street, together.  They also continue walking.  Casper tells Rebecca that, he’s in town because his father died.  Rebecca tells Casper that, they are friends for the night; no sex.  Rebecca and Casper arrive at another bar.  Rebecca and Casper pass time playing arcade games.  At the bar, Rebecca and Casper continue talking.  Rebecca prepares to leave.  Casper says that, he knows of a party.  Rebecca decides to stay.  Rebecca and Casper walk to the party.  Rebecca tries to talk to Casper, about the death of his father.  They continue making movie references.  Rebecca and Casper arrive at the party.  Casper greets his friend.  Casper’s friend tells Rebecca that, Casper is on authorized leave from the army.  Rebecca starts to dance.  Casper and his friend talk about Rebecca, from the high school.  Rebecca continues dancing, and, Casper buys marijuana.  Rebecca stops dancing, and, she joins Casper and his friend.  Rebecca and Casper walk on the street.  Rebecca talks to Casper about her studies, in comparative literature.  Unexpectedly, Casper’s friend Paddy greets Casper.  Casper talks to Paddy, about the fight he was in.  Paddy knows that, Casper is on authorized leave, from the army.  Paddy suggests to Casper that, they find the people who beat him up.  Casper rejects the idea.  Paddy invites Rebecca and Casper to an improvised circus.  Rebecca and Casper agree to go.  A large group travels, on bicycle, to the improvised circus.  The large group arrives, at the improvised circus.  Rebecca, Casper and Paddy start to drink.  Casper and Paddy talk about the time, they were co-workers.  Paddy insults Casper, in a friendly way.  Paddy’s friends approach Paddy, and, inquire about leaving.  Paddy tells Casper that, he is leaving.  He also invites Casper to join him.  Casper tells Paddy that, he is staying at the improvised circus.  At the circus, Rebecca talks to David on the telephone.  Rebecca is looking for her computer.  David says that, he doesn’t have it.  Rebecca becomes angry, and, she hangs up the telephone.  Rebecca sees Casper, and, she asks him to go with her.  Rebecca and Casper, walk on the street, in a hurry.  Rebecca and Casper arrive at Rebecca’s apartment.  Surprisingly, David is there waiting for Rebecca.  David attempts to talk to Rebecca.  Rebecca argues with David, about his wife finding out.  Rebecca and Casper enter the apartment.  David rings the buzzer, incessantly.  Rebecca’s roommate asks Rebecca, to take care of the situation.  Rebecca and Casper leave the apartment.  Outside the apartment, David and Rebecca argue about the computer, and, their relationship.  Casper attempts to separate David from Rebecca.  David and Rebecca continue to argue.  Casper physically retrains David.  Rebecca pulls Casper away.  Rebecca and Casper leave walking on the street.  Rebecca and Casper arrive, at a park.  At the park, they smoke marijuana and talk.  Casper tells Rebecca that, he is in the army.  Furthermore, that his authorized leave ends the next day.  Casper will return to the war in Afghanistan.  Rebecca and Casper, walk through the park.  Rebecca and Casper, play basketball with an aluminum can.  Rebecca and Casper continue talking.  Rebecca and Casper travel to David’s house.  Outside David’s house, Rebecca and Casper prepare a plan.  Casper enters David’s home, in order, to search for Rebecca’s computer.  Casper is inside the house, when David returns home unexpectedly.  Casper hides and avoids David.  David’s wife enters the room, and, Casper escapes to another room.  Casper searches the second floor and finds two computers.  Casper talks to Rebecca from a window.  Rebecca identifies her computer.  Casper throws down the computer, to Rebecca.  Casper jumps from the second floor, and, he successfully escapes.  From this point forward; the series of events, take the viewer, to the end.  Rebecca and Casper continue to pass the night together.  Finally; you have to watch, in order to know, how this movie ends.
